About

I’m a multidisciplinary art director, brand designer, illustrator, and animator. Outside of work, I’m a full-time plant dad & lifelong anime-video game enthusiast. I love the challenge of creating brand identities from the ground up, reimagining the purpose & personalities of existing brands, & most importantly, developing creative work that hasa positive impact on people & society. My experience spans a wide range of design disciplines including branding, design system, motion graphics, corporate identity, typography, illustration, data visualization, environmental design, UI-UX, key art & art direction.

Born and raised in Valparaiso, Chile, I decided at 19 years old to pursue my dream of moving to New York City and becoming a designer. I was eventually accepted at the School of Visual Arts and graduated with a BFA in Design & Advertising.

The challenges I’ve faced growing up & as an immigrant in the U.S, being a POC, & part of the LGBTQ+ community have shaped me into the proud individual I’m today. These experiences have allowed me to see life with a broader eye & empathetic understanding. I make a conscious effort to reflect the beautiful diversity of life into my design work.
